  Scandvik, Inc. Warranty Information, Ordering and Return Guidelines

All Scandvik's products are unconditionally guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year, with the following exceptions:

Our warranty does not apply to or include any product that has been improperly installed, received improper maintenance or no maintenance at all, being used under conditions exceeding recommended loads or torques as described in Scandvik’s catalog or subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or being modified in an unauthorized manner or unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear or electric motor burn-out.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Call 800-535-6009 and ask for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Leave your name, address and phone number, date of purchase, item number (if possible) and type of product. When the product is returned, include proof of purchase, make sure that the aforementioned information is enclosed and explain the malfunction and how the product was used.

ORDERING A PRODUCT ONLINE
Scandvik, Inc. is faithul to their select retailers and wholesalers. Scandvik, Inc. products are available through our online Retailer/Wholesaler "Quote System". The Scandvik, Inc. quote system enables our customers to receive competitive quotes from distibution points all around the world.
