Electrically powered struts to open covers and hatches. Available in two version, ones that allow manual lift (in the event of a power failure) or push/pull versions that do NOT allow manual lift. Designed specifically for use in the marine environment, with flameproof watertight body made from non-corrosive anodized alloy. Pictured electronics box is included with all hatch lifters. Box needs to be remotely mounted in a dry area.

Note: When struts are installed in tandem, it may be necessary to reset the lifting height periodically. This is achieved by making one or two complete up/down cycles.
Caution, tandem struts must be special ordered. Two individual units will NOT work in tandem.
